The instructions lack diagrams for each procedure. Simple procedures such as threading the machine are detailed (with words); but, procedures that instruct about inserting the bobbing are not detailed. You have to guess if the bobbin goes in clockwise or counterclockwise. There is no trouble shooting section and finding instructional videos for this exact model is next to impossible. I was able to get the machine to sew correctly only one time. Other times, it would jam or the thread would pull because it did not pull up the bobbin thread on each stitch. To load thread on the bobbin, you stick it on the knob in back, You need to put some tape on that knob to tighten the fit or the bobbin falls off while loading the thread. The machine is a great idea, yet results are inconsistent. I spent hours trying to get this machine to work with only a little success.i like the fact that its goid quality for the price its hust that the thread breaks if you stitched over something thickWorks good with batteries. But I need to use it for extended periods of time. Went to product website, this model is not listed. I tried a universal AC adapter... nothing worked... I bought the right amp adapter, doesn't fit.WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!! This is trash. First it arrived used as appeared it someone else used it and returned it. Even their fabric piece was still on the machine. The foot left lock was broken when it arrived so I can never hold the pressure foot up. The on off knob gets stuck on and the machine continues to run when you want it to stop. Have not figured out yet how to adjust the tension in the bobbin and the directions don't tell you. The stitches are so loose and also cannot be adjusted. Even if this were just a toy, it would not work for kids to make fake clothing for their dolls. I only wanted it for small mending jobs, but my hands will still have to surfice.I bought these from my girlfriend. I did not know she didn't know how to use it. It didn't come with too much instructions. It's kind of hard to figure out. I think it was a big mistake purchase in thisThis machine gave me troubles right out of the box. I thought it might be a great, cheap starter machine for a beginner and I was half right: it's just plain cheap. The pedal is flimsy plastic and the rest of the machine is not built well either. I began a small, easy quilt project and within minutes I was rethreading multiple times. After about an hour, the machine stopped pulling thread from the bottom bobbin all together, no mater how many times I rethread it. The instructions are also less than helpful and there is not much other information online that could be an assistance either. I'm returning this machine today and saving up for a Brother or Singer. Lesson learned.This arrived re-packaged! I am not sure if I read the description right but this machine does not seem new at all! There was a piece of fabric jammed under the sewing foot when I opened it up! I haven't even been able to use the sewing machine because it was already jammed and I didn't feel like un-jamming it! It went right back into the box. If it was that cheap, it must jam all the time if the last person who used it couldn't even get the piece of fabric out! I should have trusted the reviews!It started out good then it stopped working.but it's ok I purchased a different one for my great niece.
