I go to Costco pretty often and have been just throwing my meat and fish in ziploc bags for a few years. I always see a vacuum sealer there but couldn’t justify the price. Enter the FEZEN Vacuum Sealer Machine! I got it yesterday and I’ve been vacuum sealing everything and anything I can think of because it’s so fun. I tried a croissant (it got super squished, I froze it, then unpacked and toasted it), a banana (they have peels I know, but new kitchen gadgets are great!), and a bunch of other foods. The suction and seals it creates are both very good and I’m excited to be able to go longer between Costco trips without worrying about freezer burn. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is that the buttons are very sensitive, but that’s not a big deal since it requires a few steps before you’d want to hit start anyways.
