I own a baby lock machine. I saw a few different rufflers on Amazon but decided to buy the much more expensive Baby Lock ruffler. I received it quickly and couldn't wait to try it out. It made a lot of noise and my needle broke, so I changed my needle, made sure it was good and tight. This time, my needle fell out and after several attempts I got same result. Not wanting to give up, I contacted the seller asking if they might have some tips and the reply was that they had none and I should maybe ask someone who would know. So, with that in mind, I needed to go to my local Baby Lock dealer anyway, so I asked a sales person and she didn't know anything about it. I asked for a return and that process went well.
