This is good quality for the price. I use this nearly every day for stitching embroidery/appliques on fabric with naps, such as towels. It does the job and removes easily, though I don't was it away. After removing all that easily tears away, I place a wet paper towel on top of the stabilizer, protecting the item underneath, and press for a few seconds with a moderately hot iron. This removes any remaining stabilizer without having to wash it or get the item wet.
