Powerseal heavy-duty stainless steel bag taper with trimmer. Easy to use bag tapers close bags in seconds. Simply twist neck of bag closed and move through slot. 3/8-inches wide throat. Tapers have pre-drilled holes for mounting. Taper works with our bag sealing plastic freezer tape.

This works great. It even came with a roll of tape. I was bagging chicken as I was de-boning it and my hands were slimey and the tape did not stick. When I dried the bag and my hands everything worked great again. This is much cheaper than vacuum sealing each bag. The bags are about 5C per bag. but ya gotta buy a 1000bags.
